How to set up my party

1.Before you start to install the party, find the best area to set up the party.

You can use light ropes using the rings installed in each side of the banner. We recommend to use a white wall. You will be able to use blue tag to stick the banner on the wall.

2. Install the banner first, either using blue tag or light ropes using the rings attached on the banner.

3. Centre the table in front of the banner. Don’t forget to give some space between the table and the banner so your children can stand behind the table and you will be able to take some pictures while the guesses are singing Happy Birthday.

4. .Set the table clothes first. Decide where the cake will be set and transfer the cake on the table. This item will define the centre of the table. Give enough space for the cake to be seem as this is the biggest item on the table.

Decoration like flower pots or large items normally will sit at the back of the table, food stands must be sitting at the front.

5. Set all the food stand and buckets before you refill them with food. At last you can stick the toppers and small items.

Remember not to overload the table with food. Always try to match the food with the colour of your theme, for instance you can use blue and red jellies cups for the Super Heroe Party. Yellow and red lolly sneaks for Paw Patrol Party theme.
